My name is Lavontae Stinson. I’m a father, an author, and the founder of MFBC Fitness. My story includes wrongful conviction, survival, and rebuilding. Today, I’m working to turn that experience into something that reaches beyond me.
That is the purpose behind MFBC: building a future through mindset, discipline, creativity, and consistent action.
Rebuilding starts with what you do next
When you have to rebuild your life, the work can feel bigger than the progress. There are plans to make, responsibilities to carry, and days when moving forward takes everything you have.
The message I want MFBC to carry is simple: start with the step you can take today. Make time to move your body. Write the page. Learn something useful. Follow through on one promise to yourself. Small actions give you something to build on.
Why books and fitness belong in the same mission
My books and MFBC Fitness are both part of the future I’m building. Writing gives me a way to share stories and create. Fitness gives the mission a place to put discipline into practice.
Real Eyes Realize Real Lies, the MFBC fitness book, and the Marvin on Mars Adventure series are part of that work. Every project is an opportunity to keep creating and to connect with readers who want to follow the journey.
