MFBC Fitness Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Physical products are made to order by our fulfillment partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

Estimated Delivery
United States: Standard delivery usually arrives 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Express delivery usually arrives 1–2 business days after fulfillment when available.
International: Delivery usually arrives 10–20 business days after fulfillment. Customs or carrier delays may extend delivery time.

Shipping Costs
Available shipping methods and the exact price are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping, when offered, will also appear at checkout.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Packages
If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email mfbcfitness@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Digital Products and Contributions
Digital ebooks and voluntary contributions do not require shipping. Digital products are delivered electronically using the instructions provided after purchase.
