At 18, our founder Lavontae was wrongfully convicted and stripped of everything — his freedom, his future, his name. For 7 years, he fought from behind bars for a truth the world wasn't ready to hear. At 25, he was exonerated.
But freedom didn't come with a safety net. He came home to homelessness, addiction, and a world that had moved on without him. Most people would have stayed down.
He didn't.
Through fitness, discipline, and an unbreakable will to rebuild, MFCB Fitness was born — not in a boardroom, but in the struggle. Every product we make carries that story. Every rep is a reminder that you can come back from anything.
